When you contact us through the form on this website, you provide your name, contact details, affiliation or role, and a description of your use case, plus anything you choose to add such as team size or requirements. When you submit the form, the page you came from and the product you selected may also be sent along, so we can understand your question better.

Please do not upload patient data, raw sequencing data, account credentials, or other sensitive content that is not needed for an initial conversation.

How we use this information

Form submissions are forwarded through this website to the team that handles inquiries. We use them to review your request, reply to you, and discuss relevant products or services. Without further communication with you, we will not treat your message as a public comment or display it anywhere.

Only after you allow analytics cookies do we load Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits and interactions and improve the website. Choosing Chinese or English does not count as consent to analytics cookies.

Cookies and language preferences

We use the tebteb_site cookie to remember your choice of Chinese or English. Chinese pages use the / path, and English pages use /en. Your preference can take you to your chosen version when you return to the homepage. You can still switch languages yourself.

The tebteb_analytics cookie records whether you allow analytics cookies. These two first-party cookies store choices, not contact-form content. They last for one year and are renewed on later visits. Clearing browser data or blocking cookies may require you to choose again.

If a later project requires exchanging research data, provisioning server accounts, or setting access permissions, those arrangements are confirmed separately within that project. The website contact form is not a channel for transferring project data.
