Ethics & Compliance
Long-term partnerships depend on clear boundaries and clear commitments. Here is how we approach the projects we work on.
Clear quotes, clear delivery
We aim to spell out in every proposal what the configuration is, how long it can be used, what environment support is included, and which services need to be confirmed separately. If tasks or requirements change, we discuss the impact first, then adjust the quote and the delivery plan.
Respecting procurement and research rules
Universities, hospitals, and companies each have their own procurement, data, and information security requirements. Before we work together, let us know which process applies to your project. We provide accurate product and service information, and we do not offer or accept improper personal benefits to influence purchasing decisions.
No unauthorized use of customer materials
Project materials, data, accounts, and unpublished results should only be used within the authorized scope. Before we show a case study, name a customer, or publicize a collaboration, we get consent from everyone involved first.
Raise problems directly
If you have questions about a quote, a delivery, how data is used, or any part of working with us, describe the situation through the contact page. We verify the facts first, then discuss with you how to handle it.
Something to report or ask?
Tell us which project is involved and what happened, so we can look into it and get back to you.
